Refund Policy

At Supreme Kings Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Certain items such as final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at sings.sksapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Intimate or hygienic items
